From the well-known cherries of Chiusa Sclafani, in the province of Palermo, comes the BIO Cherry Jam of Casa Montalbano.

An organic jam obtained from a product that has become one of the flagships of Sicilian agricultural production. In spring, the Chiusa Sclafani cherries are picked by hand, several times during the season to respect their natural ripeness. The product is then processed in our artisan plants: a slow cooking with just the addition of cane sugar, without dyes or preservatives, to obtain a jam like the one our grandmothers used to prepare.

Now a classic in the world of preserves, the cherry jam is excellent at breakfast accompanied by bread, rusks or white yogurt and in the preparation of brioche and tarts.
